If you want help with a slow site, give us a few facts. Tell us what feels slow and where it happens.
- Say if the problem is on the public site, in wp-admin, or in both places.
- Say which page is slow, such as the home page, a post, a shop page, or checkout.
- Say what test tool you used, if any.
- Say what changed just before the problem began.
- Tell us if you changed a plugin, theme, PHP version, cache, CDN, or host.
- You may add a public test link if it is safe to share.
FastWP.info is a guide site. It is not a paid support desk. We may not be able to fix each site by email. A clear message still gives us a much better chance to point you in the right way.
Send a correction
WordPress changes often. Browsers change. Hosts and plugins change too. If a guide is out of date, tell us which page you read and what needs to change.
If you have an official source, please add the link. This is very useful when a setting moved, a feature changed, or a tool has new rules.
