Terms of Use

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 7, 2026.

These terms apply when you use FastWP.info. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site gives you

FastWP.info is a guide site about WordPress speed and web speed. It covers hosts, caching, Core Web Vitals, images, plugins, code, database work, PHP, servers, and related topics.

The site gives general how-to help. It is not a managed WordPress service. It is not your host. It is not an emergency support desk. Reading a guide does not mean we have agreed to manage your site.

Results can differ

No two WordPress sites are the same. They can use a different host, PHP version, WordPress version, theme, plugins, cache, database, code, traffic level, and outside tools.

A fix that helps one site may do little on another site. It can also cause a problem if the sites are set up in a different way.

FastWP.info does not promise a set PageSpeed score, Core Web Vitals result, search rank, traffic level, sales level, server time, or uptime level.

Back up before risky work

Some speed work can change files, cache rules, the database, cron jobs, PHP, themes, plugins, or server settings. A bad change can break a site or remove data.

Make a good backup before risky work. Know how to put the backup back. Use a staging site for large changes when you can.

If you do not know what a command or database change does, ask your host or a skilled person before you run it.

Use your own judgment

You decide if a guide fits your site. Check the current docs for your host, plugin, theme, CDN, PHP version, and WordPress version when a step depends on them.

Do not weaken site safety just to gain a small speed boost. Do not delete data you do not know. Do not make private files public. Do not turn off key safety checks without a sound reason.

Pages can get old

We work to keep the site right and useful. Still, WordPress changes. Browsers change. Hosts, plugins, and web rules change too.

A guide can become old after it is posted. A menu can move. A command can change. A host can change its limits. WordPress can add a feature that once needed a plugin.

Check the current source before you act on a rule, command, price, limit, or safety step that may have changed.

WordPress and other products

FastWP.info is an independent guide site unless a page says otherwise. WordPress and all other product names, marks, and logos belong to their owners.

When we name a host, plugin, CDN, theme, browser, or other tool, that does not mean the company backs or runs FastWP.info.

Links to other sites

We link to other sites for docs, source pages, tools, and more help. We do not run those sites.

An outside page may move, change, break, or have new rules. If you leave FastWP.info, the other site’s terms and privacy rules apply.

Ads and paid links

FastWP.info may use ads, affiliate links, or paid posts. An affiliate link may pay the site a fee if you buy after you use the link.

A paid link does not mean we promise that a product is right for you. Your order, bill, refund, and support deal is with the firm that sold the product.

If content is paid for, it should be marked so readers can tell.

Fair use of this site

You may read FastWP.info for lawful personal or work use. You may link to public pages. You may quote a short part when the law lets you and you name the source.

Do not attack the site. Do not try to get into an account or system you are not allowed to use. Do not send spam or malware. Do not try to flood or harm the server.

Do not use the contact form for threats, mass sales mail, unsafe files, or other abuse.

Site access may change

We may add, change, move, pause, or remove parts of FastWP.info. Work on the site, a host issue, an update, an attack, or a network fault may also make the site hard to reach for a time.

We do not promise that each page, tool, or source link will stay online forever.

Our content

Unless a page says otherwise, the words, design, and other original work on FastWP.info are protected by law.

You may share a link to a page. You may not copy a full article, post the site as your own work, strip the source name, or sell copies of our work unless the law gives you that right or we give you permission.

Messages you send

If you send a fix, idea, report, or other note, you must have the right to send it.

Do not send a password, API key, private customer file, or work that you do not have the right to share.

Sending an idea does not mean we must use it, post it, or pay for it.

Your privacy

The Privacy Policy also applies when you use FastWP.info. It explains how data may be handled when you read the site or use the contact form.

No client or support deal

Reading a guide or sending a message does not make you a client. It does not create a host, support, repair, or service deal with FastWP.info.

If you hire a host, developer, security firm, or other service, your deal is with that firm.

No promise that the site is perfect

FastWP.info is offered as it is and as it is available. As far as the law allows, we do not promise that the site will always be online, free of errors, safe from every threat, or right for every use.

Limits on claims

As far as the law allows, FastWP.info and its operators are not liable for loss caused by using or relying on site content. This can include lost data, lost sales, down time, broken site parts, or extra host costs.

This limit does not apply where the law says it cannot apply.

If your use causes a claim

As far as the law allows, you agree not to hold FastWP.info responsible for a claim caused by your unlawful use of the site, your break of these terms, or your break of another person’s rights.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms when the site, its services, or the law changes. The date at the top shows when this copy was last changed.

The copy now shown on FastWP.info is the one that applies.

Questions

If you have a question about these terms, use the Contact page. Do not send passwords or other secret account data.
